Maydan Tamweel Al-Oula

Al-Mubarraz, Saudi Arabia

Formerly: Al-Fateh Stadium

Maydan Tamweel Al-Oula is a football-specific stadium in Al-Mubarraz, Saudi Arabia, where Al-Fateh SC plays its home matches. The venue is the result of a complete redevelopment finished in late 2023, replacing a facility that had served the club since 1983.

The original west stand was retained and overhauled, while new stands were erected on the north, east, and south sides. A new canopy covers the entire seating area, and a video screen is installed in one corner. The seating is plastic, painted in the club’s green, white, and blue colours.

The stadium opened officially in November 2023 with a World Cup qualifying match against Pakistan. It holds 11,000 spectators, a capacity increase from the original 3,500, though it remains smaller than the former home in Al-Hofuf. The surface is natural grass, and four floodlighting masts stand behind the corners.

The facility is located within the Al-Ahsa Governorate, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The redevelopment cost 45 million Saudi Riyals, a sum that underscores the importance of the project to the club’s future.

The stadium’s design prioritises football, with no athletics track to separate the crowd from the action.

The facility is now a central part of the club’s identity in the region.
