Merseyrail Community Stadium / Finch Farm

The Academy Stadium stands on the main site, which opened for pre-season work in October 2007. Everton bought the land from Liverpool City Council in 2013 for £13 million and kept a long-term lease, but the council retains ownership of the complex.

It hosts Premier League 2 matches, most notably academy derbies against Liverpool and regular fixtures against Manchester City. The capacity sits at 6,008, a figure that is sometimes inflated to 7,000 in reports that confuse it with Manchester City's own academy ground.

The wider Finch Farm complex carried the name USM Finch Farm for several years between 2017 and 2022 after a sponsorship deal with USM Holdings. Nor is it the club's future main stadium at Bramley-Moore Dock.
