Miejska Sala Sportowa "Świtezianka"

For a town of its size, Miejska Sala Sportowa Świtezianka is located in Wolsztyn. It is not merely a municipal hall; since 2003 it has served as the home for the city’s sporting identity, housing the professional handball club KPR Wolsztyniak Wolsztyn.

That changed only in 2024, when a comprehensive renovation rebuilt the stands to separate spectators from the court, alongside new lighting and acoustic panels.

Poland-Egypt junior national team matches were also staged in 2004. These events brought a level of scrutiny and crowd noise that contrasts sharply with the quiet Tuesday evenings when the hall hosts local volleyball or badminton leagues. More recently, the space has diversified further, welcoming MMA events like Eliminator Fight Night 7 in April 2025 and concerts, including the 'Echa Mistrzów' Wind Cameral Orchestra in October 2025.
