MOL Arena
Dunajská Streda, Slovakia
Formerly: Mestský štadión, DAC Aréna
The new stand at MOL Arena is all steel and glass.
The ground was not an upgrade of the old Mestský štadión so much as a replacement. The new arena opened in the winter of 2019, and the playing surface was laid fresh.
FC DAC 1904 Dunajská Streda play their home games here, and the stadium meets UEFA Category 4 standards. The ground saw a quarter-final of the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship between Germany and Italy, and it held matches in the 2022 UEFA European Under-19 Championship. The Slovakia national team has played friendlies on the grass, including a 2–2 draw against Lithuania in 1993 at the original site and a later match against Malta.
The attendance record for the site, 15,572, was set at the old stadium in 1988 during a European Cup match against FC Bayern Munich. The rebuild cost €22 million, with €2 million coming from the sponsor.
