The main stand at Næstved Stadion runs the length of one side of the pitch.

The ground has a history that is not always comfortable to look back on. The pitch was once too far from the crowd, a problem solved in 2002 when the old speedway track was torn up. The surface was moved closer to the stands, bringing the game tighter to the fans. Before that move, the stadium was a different beast entirely, hosting speedway events that drew crowds larger than any football match could muster.
