Nature Energy Park

The name on the ground in Odense has changed four times since 2005, and each change tracked something happening off the pitch. Fionia Bank bought the rights that year; when the bank went under, the energy company TRE-FOR took them over, then renamed itself EWII, and the sign changed again. Since June 2018 it has been Nature Energy Park .

On 1 September 1963, 30,924 people came in for Boldklubben 1913 against Esbjerg fB. The record for the modern stadium is 15,486, set on 13 May 2009 when Odense Boldklub played FC København.

Two rebuilds account for the difference. The first, in 1996–97, cost 60 million kroner and came directly out of OB's European run earlier in the decade: upper tiers were dropped onto the existing lower sections and roofs went on. The second, in 2004–05, cost 50 million and was driven by UEFA tightening its requirements — the main grandstand was extended, VIP boxes added, undersoil heating laid in.

The 1990/91 Danish Cup final landed here only because Parken was being rebuilt. OB and AaB could not be separated in normal time and OB took it on penalties. The women's cup final was played here through six consecutive seasons from 1997/98, and again in 2013/14. Elton John played the ground in June 2007, Roger Waters the following May.
