Neftekamsk Ice Palace
Neftekamsk, Russia
Neftekamsk Ice Palace is a compact arena that appeared almost overnight. Works began in May 2006, and the structure was ready by the eve of New Year 2007. It was designed by a bureau from Kurgan, though the architects remain unnamed in the records. The building sits in the Central district, with its main entrance facing Lenina Street.
The facility serves as the home for HC Toros. The club has commanded the ice here since the first day. There is no standing room, and the count has not changed. The surface is artificial ice, maintained by a system described as Finnish.
HC Toros has won the VHL championship three times within these walls: in 2012, 2013, and 2015. The venue also hosted HC Batyr, the youth affiliate, until the club dissolved in 2018. Public mass skating fills the remaining hours. There is no separate website for the palace; the club’s portal covers the schedule and rules. The address 16B Yubileyny Prospekt appears on some maps, but the official listing remains Lenina Street.
