Nikola Mantov Stadium
The ground in Кочани carries the name of a player who died on it. Никола Мантов turned out for «Осогово» and was killed on the pitch in 1973; the municipal council put his name on the stadium formally only on 30 April 2014.
It has been built in instalments rather than all at once. The west stand went up in 1952, in time for the 1952/53 season, and held 800 people. The east stand followed in 1980, and at 2,750 seats it dwarfed the original — which is why the later date sometimes gets treated as the stadium's beginning. The west side was reworked in 1994. The result is an arena assembled across three generations of the town, with no single architect's name attached to any of it; the municipality built it.
The pitch is natural grass. «Осогово» play here, and the club's own site does the work a stadium website would elsewhere — there is no separate page for the ground, which stays municipal property.
What the records do not give is a street address. Coordinates exist, the town is known, but no house number appears in any of the usual places.
