Formerly: Akyazı Arena, Medical Park Arena, Medical Park Stadyumu

It stands at Akyazı because Trabzonspor had nowhere else to go: Hüseyin Avni Aker was demolished, and the club moved east out of the centre to a site on the Trabzon–Giresun road designed by ASP Stuttgart and built for about $35 million. The pitch is hybrid, SISGrass laid into the surface.

The figures since then say something about how the place fills. On 1 April 2025 a UEFA Youth League tie between the Trabzonspor and Inter under-19 sides drew 40,368 — a record for a youth match.

Off the football, the car park has served as a festival site, hosting the Turkey Cultural Route Festival with Bengü and Buray.
