The Polyvalent Hall sits on Calea Piscului 10 in the Sector 4 district of Bucharest.

The hall opened in 1974, built for sport and culture rather than just one or the other. It remains the home of CSM București handball, a team that found a venue here long before the city’s skyline changed around it. While the structure has seen updates, including work in 2008 and 2011, the footprint of the building has not shifted. The capacity holds steady at 5,300, a number that has not changed since the doors first swung open.

The location places it within Tineretului Park, a green space that offers a buffer from the traffic moving along the main road outside.
