Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium
Rabat, Morocco
Formerly: Stade Olympique de Rabat (in the context of the old stadium, part of the complex)
Rabat's Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium spent decades as a hybrid venue, before the whole structure was pulled down and rebuilt as a dedicated football ground. Populous and Orange Atelier drew up the replacement, built by SGTM at a cost of around 686 million dirhams, and the athletics events that once shared the site now go to a separate 21,000-seat Olympic stadium built alongside it.
What opened in September 2025 is a bowl with no track between the stands and the touchline, pushing capacity to roughly 69,500. The pitch itself is a hybrid turf. It is now the largest football stadium in Morocco and the home ground of the national team, having previously also housed AS FAR.
