Rawlinson Stadium

Rawlinson Stadium sits on the University Park Campus of the University of Southern California, on Hoover Street, and it exists because Soni McAlister Field had run out of room. That field had served USC women's soccer and lacrosse since 1998; the replacement holds more than double the crowd — 2,200 fixed seats, plus standing areas including the Chad Peets Family Deck, for a game-day total of 2,500.

Ground was broken on 10 April 2024. Crawford Architects designed it, Clark Construction built it, and the $38 million bill included a $10 million gift from The Fritz B. Burns Foundation. The name comes from the family of the Los Angeles philanthropist Joseph Rawlinson.

The opening, on 17 August 2025, ran a ribbon-cutting straight into a match: USC women's soccer beat California Baptist 4-0 in front of a full house. That figure of 2,500 remains the attendance record, set on the first day the gates opened.

The USC Trojans women's soccer and lacrosse sides are the primary tenants, and Los Angeles FC II — the LAFC reserve side in MLS Next Pro — plays home fixtures here too. A 3-1 win over Houston Dynamo II on 29 June 2026, a 2-2 draw with Real Monarchs SLC a week later on 6 July, a 3-0 win against Colorado Rapids 2, and a 4-3 win against Tacoma Defiance.
