Rio Grande Credit Union Field at Isotopes Park

Isotopes Park does not hide behind its official name.

The building itself is straightforward.

The ground is not a permanent home for the soccer club. The team arrived in 2019 and has stayed on through the 2026 season while plans for a new, soccer-specific stadium at Balloon Fiesta Park face legal hurdles. New Mexico United saw out its first-ever playoff match here in 2023, beating Phoenix Rising FC 2–1 on their way to the Western Conference Semifinals.

The surface is natural grass, Creamline Bermuda, which has won awards from the SportsTurf Managers Association. The venue opened in 2003, replacing the old Albuquerque Sports Stadium where the Dukes used to play. Its capacity sits at 11,124, though a single-game record of 16,975 was set in 2018 during a promotional event where the Isotopes played as the Mariachis.
