Rovers Training Pitch "The Cage"

Rovers FC did not build their ground so much as inherit somebody else's. In 2022 the club took over an abandoned tennis court in Guam and laid artificial turf across it, and the enclosure that came with the court gave the place its name: The Cage. It is a mini-pitch, sized for futsal, and that is the game it mostly hosts.

The conversion followed a longer stretch of borrowing. The club, founded in 2009, had made do with arrangements elsewhere — a partnership with St. John's School from 2017 among them — before it had ground of its own.

Names carry a risk here worth noting for anyone searching: Guernsey Rovers, in Port Soif, are a separate club with a separate ground, and the two are regularly confused. The Cage belongs to the Guam side, sometimes listed as NAPA Rovers, whose details sit at www.guamroversfc.com.
