Ruislip Manor Sports and Social Club

The club moved in for the 2008–09 season. The lease came from the defunct Ruislip Manor FC, which had been formed in 1938. The site was developed as part of the estate built by George Ball, but the football facilities opened later. The playing surface is natural grass, with no undersoil heating.

The capacity includes 709 seats and 3,376 standing spaces. Stand areas like the Bulla Stand and the Couch Corner were added in different years. The capacity has been gradually increased through fan-funded improvements.

Wealdstone reached the Third Round of the FA Cup in the 1977–78 season. They played home matches here before losing to Queens Park Rangers. The club also reached the First Round proper in 1949–50 and 1965–66. More recently, they faced Wycombe Wanderers in the Second Round.

The venue has hosted matches for Watford FC Women and Ruislip Manor FC. It also hosted the FA Trophy Third Round Qualifying match against Royston Town. Additionally, the club has hosted live music nights, such as an event launched in February 2013.

Grosvenor Vale is the name everyone uses. It is also known as The Vale. The official registered capacity is 4,085, a figure confirmed in a March 2021 Ground Grading application. The address is Grosvenor Vale, Ruislip, HA4 6JQ. The pitch is natural grass, just as it has been since the beginning.
