Segra Field opened in Leesburg on 9 August 2019, and its first fixture: Loudoun United hosted Charlotte Independence on the artificial pitch. The venue almost carried a different name that day — the sponsorship deal with telecommunications firm Segra was only signed on 8 July 2019, a month before kick-off, so for most of construction it went by the working title Loudoun United Stadium.
The surface is FieldTurf Revolution 360, an artificial system. There is no separate visitor guide beyond the club's own site, where Loudoun United handle matchday and access information directly rather than through a dedicated stadium page.
