Sevtopolis Stadium

Sevtopolis takes its name from the land beneath it. For its first years the ground carried a different name, Tsvyatko Radoynov, honouring a Bulgarian general and partisan, and the current name settled into official use.

Rozova Dolina have called it home since 1968, and the club's own record night says more about the place than anything built into it. On 9 April 1983, in the second division, they took on CSKA Septemvriysko Zname from Sofia and won 2–0 in front of 18,000 people — a crowd well above what the ground is rated for now, and a result that still gets mentioned when Kazanlak talks about the capital clubs coming to town and leaving empty-handed.

Outside match days, the stadium doubles as the town's stage. The Festival of the Rose and the Kazanlak-Mezi Balkan food festival both use the pitch and stands for concerts, and past line-ups have included Neli Petkova, Vivo Montana, Gamzata, Aristos Konstantinou and Boban Zdravkovic — a reminder that for a ground this size, the biggest nights aren't always about football.
