Olomouc, Czechia
Formerly: Čajkaréna
The SH Gymnázia Olomouc stands in the Nová Ulice district. The building was officially opened on October 23, 2012 , following a Monday opening two days earlier. It is part of the Gymnázium Čajkovského , which traces its own foundation back to October 1, 1867 .
The primary tenant is the basketball club BK REDSTONE Olomoucko (BK Olomoucko), which competes in the Czech National Basketball League (NBL) . It seats 276 spectators , a figure confirmed by league documentation, though an earlier local newspaper report suggested a split of 140 seated and 100 standing.
The construction cost over 66 million Czech crowns . It is a functional hall in a school complex, open to the public but primarily a home for local sport.
The address is Čajkovského 9 , 772 00 Olomouc. The NBL season runs through the winter months, and the hall is full then.
