Spaeri Stadium
The ground belongs to the agency that built it. Spaeri Stadium stands inside the base of the Special State Protection Service of Georgia, on the plot once occupied by the main office of the special forces; the service did the building work itself, and the cost of that work has never been published.
The club came before the pitch. The same service founded FC Spaeri in 2017, and until the ground was ready the team played its home matches at the Georgian Football Federation's Basa Stadium. That arrangement ended on 22 September 2018, when the stadium opened in Metromsheni, in the Isani district, close enough to the Metromsheni metro station to walk it.
The artificial surface is of the type the builders called new generation, which is what allowed a service base to run a fixture list at all.
Its largest occasion arrived on 5 December 2024, when the ground staged the final of the Georgian Cup and its own tenants won it. Spaeri were a second-division side that season; they beat Dinamo Tbilisi 2–1 on their own artificial pitch, in front of a main stand that seats a few hundred.
Promotion followed the cup run, and the fixtures that arrive at Kvareli Street now come from the Erovnuli Liga rather than the division below.
