Sporten Centar Gnezdo na orli

The Sporten Centar Gnezdo na orli sits in the Southern Industrial Zone of Razgrad. Opened on 21 June 2012, it arrived as part of a wider development by PFC Ludogorets Razgrad, designed by architect Reni Grigorova and built by TAL Engineering. The complex won the title of "Building of the Year 2012" in the sports category.

The main stadium within the complex holds 2,000 spectators on natural grass. There is no undersoil heating. The facility includes two artificial turf pitches and a fitness and recovery centre, but the primary focus is the young team of PFC Ludogorets Razgrad II. The first team uses this ground only for friendlies; official matches are played at the Huvepharma Arena, a different property entirely. The complex has hosted the VIVACOM CUP 2024, an international youth tournament, suggesting a level of activity beyond local training sessions.

The ribbon-cutting was performed by Prime Minister Boyko Borisov. Ownership lies with Georgi Domuschiev. The venue has not been renamed due to sponsorship; it remains "Gnezdo na Orli" — Eagle's Nest. The complex serves as a base for the club's youth academy, providing accommodation for its players alongside the pitches. The main stadium is distinct from the first-team ground, a separation that defines the hierarchy within the club's infrastructure. The surface is natural grass, cut to standard specifications.
