Športni park Šiška
Ljubljana, Slovenia
Formerly: Stadion ŽŠD, Stadion ŽAK
The stadium on Milčinskega ulica has always been a place of simple utility.
What makes this place distinct is the scale of change coming to it. A major reconstruction project now underway will transform the site into the "Atletski center Ljubljana". This means demolishing the existing structures. The plan includes a new main athletics stadium with 4,777 covered seats, an indoor athletics hall with 1,648 seats, and an auxiliary stadium. The current capacity of 2,308 will disappear as part of this overhaul.
During the construction work, NK Bravo currently plays at Stadion Stožice. The venue has hosted Slovenia's national team matches in the 1990s, with reported attendances of 2,000 for friendlies against Estonia and Finland. More recently, it has staged UEFA Women's Nations League matches, including a game against Greece in May 2025.
The atmosphere around the stadium reflects its practical purpose. The city owns the ground, managed by the public institute Javni zavod Šport Ljubljana.
