Stade Boréale
The pitch at 955 Avenue Bois-de-Boulogne had been in use for two decades before it acquired a name. It served as the main field of the Centre sportif Bois-de-Boulogne, which opened on 19 September 2005.
The name arrived first, announced in late April 2025 through a partnership with the Brasseurs du Nord brewery. The stadium followed a week later: on 3 May 2025 the Montréal Roses played their opening home match here against Ottawa Rapid FC. That same date produced the attendance record that still stands — 5,049.
The surface is artificial, and it is not meant to be permanent; a replacement is expected in 2027. Until then the ground carries a second tenant, FC Supra du Québec, which shares the field.
What separates Stade Boréale from the other municipal complexes ringing Montréal is not scale.
