Stade Numa-Daly Magenta

The number that stands out at Numa-Daly Magenta is 10,000 — reached only once, on 31 May 2008.

Music has tested the place too. When Johnny Hallyday brought his Rester Vivant tour here on 29 April 2016, his first appearance in New Caledonia since 1972, nearly 3,000 people signed a petition against holding the concert on a football pitch.

The stadium has been rebuilt in pieces rather than all at once — work in 1985, 2003, 2008 and again in 2011, when the running track was brought up to a standard fit for international athletics. That last renovation gave Nouméa a venue able to host the men's football tournament of the 2011 Pacific Games, and the track has stayed part of its identity since.

Season to season, it belongs to AS Magenta and AS Lössi , and it doubles as home ground for New Caledonia's national football and rugby league sides. It is also where the Coupe de Calédonie final has settled by habit, staged there in 2016, 2018, 2023 and 2025.
