Inside, the contrast is sharper. You can see this clearly before you even reach the seats. The ground itself sits in a bowl shaped by three new stands, all double-tiered and covered. The fourth side, the west stand, is the only part of the original 1921 structure that remains. It has been rebuilt to match the modern tiers but keeps the old footprint. The atmosphere here is dictated by the architecture. The close proximity of the seats to the pitch means noise doesn't dissipate; it bounces back. Matches played here under the lights often see the away end never stop, the sound echoing off the dark wood panels above their heads. The stadium was prepared to host matches for the 2025 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, a fact that hangs over the clean white lines of the penalty area.

The stadium retains only one original stand from its 1921 opening. The rest of the structure was demolished and rebuilt between 2013 and 2015, creating a modern, enclosed arena. The exterior mesh panels define the building's silhouette, while the interior wood and lighting create a distinct environment. The west stand remains the anchor, connecting the current facility to the club's history. The capacity is all-seated, with the record attendance set decades before the rebuild. The venue hosts international qualifiers and occasional concerts, but for FC Spartak Trnava, it remains the home ground.
