The pitch itself is mid-conversion: plans to swap the old natural turf for an artificial surface began in 2018, then shifted into a wider rebuild that now includes a second pitch under an air-supported dome, with club officials saying as recently as this year that the main field will end up synthetic.
At 9,000 capacity, with 8,000 of those seated, Stadion Arkonii is no longer built for the crowds its founders imagined, but for the tighter, local footprint of the game as it is played on Pogodno today.
