Stadion Braća Velašević
Danilovgrad sits some way inland from the coast, roughly half an hour's drive from Podgorica, and its stadium has stood since 1947 — one of the older grounds in this part of Montenegro, put up in the years right after the Second World War when the town was rebuilding much else besides. The pitch itself, natural grass, has never needed replacing with anything else, and the ground on ul. Novice Škerović has kept the same name and the same 2,500 capacity since it opened.
What has changed is the club that calls it home. The tenants have gone through three identities over the decades — starting out as RSK Sloga Danilovgrad, becoming RSK Zmaj, and settling eventually on the name known today, FK Iskra Danilovgrad. The stadium itself, Braća Velašević, outlasted all three names, a fixed point while the club around it kept being renamed.
It remains a small-town ground in the fullest sense: a single tenant, a modest capacity, and no history of hosting anything beyond Iskra's own fixtures.
