The stand at Pariske komune 20a is small enough that the crowd fits inside a single tier, and the seats in it are second-hand: they were pulled out of Партизан's ground in Belgrade and refitted here during the works that finished in 2013. That refit is what the ground is now — 1,150 places, a natural grass pitch, and an official reopening on 20 November 2013.

It sits in Нови Београд, in Блок 5, which is the part of the story that explains the scale. This is a residential block of the post-war new town, and the ground shares its immediate surroundings with the Хала спортова Ранко Жеравица and the Graphics School rather than with anything built for football. There is no approach road lined with bars, no separate away end worth the name; you come off Pariske komune and you are at the touchline.

The unofficial name people used, Old Tractor Arena, points back to where the club came from — ФК ИМТ and the ground both date from 1953, and the two have never been apart. The name over the gate has stayed the club's own: it has never been sold to a sponsor, which in Belgrade is not the default.

What that leaves is a ground that measures its own limits honestly. Visiting sides who can raise the tempo when they need to find little room to do it in; the pitch is standard, the surroundings are not.
