The stadium is situated at Šedivská 538, a street in the town of Letohrad in the Pardubice Region. It is the home ground for FK Letohrad, a club that dates back to 1919 and currently plays in the 4. liga (Group C). The capacity of the venue is a matter of some debate; Europlan-Online lists the figure at 3,000, while other sources suggest the number is closer to 1,000. The club was previously known as FK OEZ Letohrad, a name that referred to the Orlice Electrical Plants (Orlické elektrotechnické závody), and the stadium was often referred to as Stadion FK OEZ Letohrad during that period.
