Stadion Lagator
Loznica, Serbia
Formerly: Gradski stadion
The surface is a hybrid of natural grass and synthetic fibres. The first season saw the local side run out of games as they adjusted to the new surroundings, but they saw the game out against Vrelo Sport to open the doors properly.
What makes this stadium different is its location in the Lagator district. It is not hidden away in a park; it is embedded in the town. When the team felt the pressure in recent cup ties, the crowd stayed until the final whistle, even when the result turned against them.
The ground has hosted events beyond football, including a state memorial that brought a different kind of attention to the pitch. You do not need to look far to see the connection between the sport and the town. When the team has nothing to lose , the supporters rise up, and the stadium becomes something else entirely.
