Stadion Miejski w Tychach

The new ground replaced the old one, which stood on this same patch of earth from 1970 until it was torn down between 2012 and 2013. Built on the old site, the Stadion Miejski w Tychach opened on July 18, 2015, with the first match played between GKS Tychy and 1. FC Köln.

Mostostal Warszawa S.A. was the general contractor for the work, which cost 128.9 million PLN.

It is an all-seater venue with a capacity of 15,150, meeting UEFA Category 3 standards. The official attendance record for the current stadium is 13,218, set in 2023 during a match between GKS Tychy and Legia Warszawa. The pitch is natural grass.

The venue has hosted significant youth competitions, including six group stage matches, one Round of 16 match, and one Quarter-final match during the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup. It also staged matches for the 2017 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. The capacity breakdown includes 847 VIP seats, 100 skybox seats, 150 press seats, 26 seats for disabled spectators, and 1,220 seats for the away section.
