The address changed without the ground moving. Until August 2011 the venue in the Błonia district of Siedlce was listed at ul. Północna 2A; the street was renamed, and the stadium has carried ul. Jana Pawła II 6 ever since. The larger one came before it: the old sports complex on ul. Bolesława Prusa was demolished, and what replaced it was not a rebuild but a new ground raised from bare earth between 24 June 2010 and 11 June 2011.
MKP Pogoń Siedlce moved in that year and remains the only club that calls the ground home.
The pitch is natural grass with undersoil heating. The one substantial piece of work since construction came in 2016 and concerned light rather than concrete: 224 LED units mounted on 40-metre masts, producing 2,000 lux, the level HD broadcasting requires.
Plans went further than that.
