Stadium
Adamas Mitkuso School Stadium
Garliava, Lithuania
The stadium in Garliava sits in the wake of a rebuild. The cost of that change was significant , a budget of 1.3 million euros poured into concrete and synthetic turf by UAB "Kelminta".
There is nothing ceremonial about the entrance. The capacity is small, 500 seats. The surface is artificial, the highest category. The name on the gates is Adomo Mitkaus, a local figure tied to the primary school that shares the grounds.
That venue holds thousands, has a history stretching back decades, and features a natural pitch. That is all there is to it.
