Stadion u Parku sits in the City Park in Tivat, a compact venue that feels more like a community hall with seating than a modern arena.

Things changed here in August 2023, when a full renovation was executed. The natural grass was laid fresh, and the drainage and irrigation systems were replaced, a move that kept the surface in playable condition through the wetter months. The ground serves the local football club, FK Arsenal Tivat, as well as the rugby side, RFC Arsenal. It does not sit on a numbered street; the address is simply Istarska bb, a designation that places it firmly within the park rather than on a grid.

There are no grand numbers attached to this place. The capacity is a matter of interpretation depending on who you ask, with reports ranging from a tight 1,000 seats to a more generous 4,000. It is owned by the Municipality of Tivat and has been here since 1945, a long time for a ground that has never sought to become a monument. You can see the seafront in the distance, a reminder that this is a coastal town where the football is played in the shadow of the marina.
