On 14 September 2004, Stadion Zaunergroup Wallern hosted a visitor: SK Sturm Graz came to Trattnachstraße for an ÖFB-Cup tie, and 1,750 people packed in to watch.
The pitch is artificial, laid out over 101 by 60 metres and lit for evening kick-offs; the current turf and floodlight installation dates back to 2018. The stadium carried the plain name Sportplatz Wallern for years before Zaunergroup, the club's sponsor since 1992, gave it its current title — a change that only shows up in club records from the 2012/13 season onward.
Today it serves as home to SV Wallern in the Regionalliga Mitte, Austria's third tier.
