Stadium Darul Aman
Alor Setar, Malaysia
Stadium Darul Aman sits on Jalan Stadium and has been the home of Kedah Darul Aman FC since 1962.
The stadium is owned by the State Government of Kedah and operated by the Kedah State Stadium Corporation. Capacity is 32,387, though the figure is often rounded to 32,000 in general use. The playing surface is natural grass. The highest attendance found for a match at the ground is approximately 24,000, recorded for a Malaysia Cup qualifier against Sri Pahang on 19 October 2019. The stadium does not have a dedicated official website.
Other tenants have included Kuala Muda NAZA FC, who played here between 2004 and 2009, and various Malaysian national youth teams. The ground is sometimes referred to as Stadium Negeri Kedah, but this is a functional description rather than an official former name. The club has used the pitch for every home match since the opening, including the friendly in which Malaya defeated South Korea 1-0 on the day the stadium was inaugurated.
