Stockhorn Arena
The Stockhorn Arena in Thun is a modern structure built to replace a ground that had become too small for the ambitions of the local club. Since then, the new venue has seen changes of its own, shifting names from Arena Thun to Visana Stadion and back again.
The arena has hosted more than just local football. It welcomed FC Lugano as a temporary home for European fixtures while their own stadium was being planned. It also staged matches for the UEFA Women's Euro 2025, including Spain’s dominant 6–2 victory over Belgium. The ground opened with a friendly against 1. FC Köln, ending 2–2, and has since seen the Switzerland national team play under its lights. The capacity is set at 10,000, with seating and terraces arranged to give fans a clear view of the action.
