Terrain ZAC Klengbousbierg

Terrain ZAC Klengbousbierg stands next to Terrain Am Bousbierg, the pitch FC Atert Bissen used from 1995 until 2018.

Before that the club had already worked its way around the commune. From 1946 it played at Terrain Gérard Bitz, in the Am Brill quarter, and stayed there until about 1961. Terrain Paafend followed and held the club for roughly three and a half decades, longer than any of the others. Each change of ground traded one field in Bissen for another in Bissen; the club has never played a home season outside the commune, which is unusual for a side that has moved this often.

The current ground has carried one name since it came into use. Unlike the earlier pitches, each tied to a place or a person — Am Brill, Paafend, Gérard Bitz — Klengbousbierg has never been renamed, and it appears in club and league listings both as Stade Klengbousbierg and by the fuller Terrain ZAC Klengbousbierg. The two refer to the same place on Rue des Sports, at the edge of the village where the older pitch already stood.
