The only seating runs along the west side, above the Pat Bowlen Strength and Conditioning Complex. A single line of spectators sits high up, protected by the metal railings.

It opened in August 2009, replacing the Hilltop Stadium that had stood there until 1971. The name changed after the late 2010s. It was originally CIBER Field at the University of Denver Soccer Stadium, named for the IT company that paid for the build. When that deal ended, it reverted to the University of Denver Soccer Stadium. The surface is natural grass.

Colorado Rapids II play their home fixtures here in MLS Next Pro. The Denver Pioneers also use the facility for their men’s and women’s teams. The capacity is 2,000. It hosted the Summit League Men’s Soccer Tournament several times, with the 2016 final drawing 1,128 fans.
