Stadium
Værløse Stadion
Formerly: Daugaard Grounds (unofficial)
Ask locally and the ground still goes by another name than the one on the sign. Værløse Stadion is known among regulars as the Daugaard Grounds, after Ejvind Daugaard, a bath inspector by trade, who settled in Værløse in 1950 — the year Værløse Boldklub was founded — and spent the club's formative years laying out and tending its pitches. The nickname has outlasted any attempt to attach a sponsor's name to the place.
The artificial pitch holds 1,500. In the 2009/10 competition, Værløse beat Østerbro 3-0 on 11 August 2009, then fell 1-3 to Frederiksberg Boldklub a fortnight later in round two.
