Vladimir Melnyk Stadium
Before the pitch was laid, the site had passed through two lives that the town still names. It was the park of the princes Beryayev and Gorchakov; later the open ground beside it drew the weekly markets and took the name Yarmarkova Square, and later still it was Lenin Square. The stadium arrived last, on top of all of it.
The name it carries now came after the fact. Volodymyr Melnyk was mayor of Obukhiv, and he died in a car accident in 2011; the ground was renamed for him.
What that history left is a plain municipal arena on Parnykova Street, ringed by a running track, with no floodlights.
Its football is mostly borrowed. The regular tenant is Kolos-2 Kovalivka , the reserve side, but the ground has also taken the senior Kolos team and the women's side of the club when Kovalivka has been unavailable, and before that Arsenal-Kyivshchyna from Bila Tserkva played here.
