Vostok
The arena carries the same name as the club that plays there.
It opened in 1963 , which makes it one of the older grounds still in league use in Kazakhstan. Nothing since has changed what it holds. The capacity has stood at 8,500 through every season the club has played here, with no recorded rebuild, no bolted-on tier, no reduction for safety certification.
That fixity is the thing worth knowing about it. Vostok has held every card it was dealt at construction.
