Wanderers Football Park (Grass)

Wanderers Football Park is located at 81 Eastern Road. The facility does not carry the commercial sponsorship name that the club’s primary ground uses.

The main pitch features natural grass and is surrounded by a small undercover grandstand. The seat count in that stand is listed differently in various records, with some sources citing 1,000 seats and others suggesting a total capacity of around 1,500. The venue also includes a secondary pitch, Field 7, which is a synthetic artificial turf system installed during later development stages alongside administrative facilities. The land itself is owned by the Blacktown City Council, which leases the grounds to the club.

It serves as the training base and home ground for Western Sydney Wanderers II and the women’s team. The venue has hosted some notable fixtures in recent years, including a match against Melbourne Victory. A record attendance was set for a women’s match against Wellington Phoenix, where the crowd exceeded the standard grandstand capacity, likely due to temporary arrangements.

The facility has also been the site of significant disciplinary incidents. A match between Western Sydney Wanderers II and Sydney Olympic was marred by flares and a pitch invasion, resulting in a points deduction for the club. Despite its modest size and lack of a formal sponsor name, it remains a working ground where the club develops its squads.
