Xankəndi Stadium

This ground has lived through several names and several rebuilds. It opened in 1956 as the Joseph Stalin Stadium and later became the Stepan Shahumyan Central Stadium before the 2004–2005 renovation turned it into the Stepanakert Republican Stadium. The artificial turf was laid down in 2015, replacing the natural grass that had covered the pitch for decades. The most recent changes came after 2023, when Azerbaijani authorities reconstructed the venue and increased its capacity to 15,000.

Khankendi Stadium hosted the 2019 CONIFA European Football Cup. More recently, the ground played host to the first professional football match in the liberated territories in over 30 years, a Cup tie between Qarabağ FK and MOİK Baku in December 2023.
