The Yeni Sivas 4 Eylül Stadium It replaced the old 4 Eylül Stadium, which was demolished in 2017. The ground opened in 2016, and the first official match took place on August 28, 2016. Sivasspor play here, but the stadium is also the home of the Turkey national team during the winter months. The underfloor heating system keeps the natural grass at 15–18°C, which is not a detail you see, but it explains why the surface looks clean even when there is snow on the track outside. The capacity is 27,734, a figure that increased in 2024, but the number matters less than the fact that they have kept the ground in the Süper Lig for longer than many of the clubs that dropped out.

On March 8, 2020, the attendance reached 19,438 for a match against Galatasaray that ended in a 2–2 draw. That figure is not just a record; it is a benchmark for the city. They also hosted a UEFA Women's Nations League match against Slovenia on April 8, 2025, which drew 18,825 spectators. The roof is open to the sky, and in Sivas, that means the wind moves through it. The seats are red and white, arranged in a pattern that covers the tiers, and the flags hang from the upper gantry. It is a functional ground that does not pretend to be anything other than what it is: a place where football is played when the temperature drops below freezing.
