Jalen Hawkins

Jalen Hawkins holds dual American and German nationality, born in Regensburg, and it is the United States he has represented so far, earning caps for the U18 and U20 sides in 2018 and 2019. He has yet to receive a senior call-up from either country.

His career began in Ingolstadt's youth ranks, which he rejoined in 2018 before working his way into the first team and making his professional debut in June 2021. Over three seasons at FC Ingolstadt 04 he made 41 league appearances, scoring twice, and was part of the squad that reached the final of the Bavarian Cup in 2022–23, where they finished runners-up. A loan spell at 1. FC Saarbrücken in early 2022 brought nine appearances and a goal in the 3. Liga.

Hawkins moved to SV Waldhof Mannheim in July 2023, and his 2023–24 season there produced 34 league appearances and four goals, also in the 3. Liga. The following year he crossed into Dutch football, joining FC Emmen on a free transfer in July 2024 on a two-year deal with an option for a third. It was at Emmen that his goal return sharpened: 45 league appearances yielded 12 goals in the Eerste Divisie.

That form led to a move to ADO Den Haag in February 2026, on an undisclosed fee and a contract running until 2028. He has since made nine league appearances for the club, scoring once, and was part of the ADO Den Haag squad that won the Eerste Divisie title in 2025–26, securing promotion to the Eredivisie.
