Europa Sports Park sits at the southern tip of the Rock, at Europa Point, and it is here rather than at Victoria Stadium that Lincoln Red Imps run their Under-19 fixtures, including their entries into the UEFA Youth League.
The age-group side carries no separate founding date of its own — it sits inside the structure the senior club built after 1976, when the "Blue Batons" took the Lincoln Red Imps name. What the U19s have built independently is a run of their own: champions of the Gibraltar Youth League in 2023–24 and again in 2025–26, both times earning the qualification into the UEFA Youth League that follows. In the 2025–26 edition they beat Naxxar Lions U19 and advanced to the next round.
The pathway upward is not hypothetical. Roy Chipolina and Lee Casciaro both came through the same academy system before becoming first-team fixtures — Casciaro the one who scored the goal that beat Celtic in the 2016–17 Champions League qualifiers. That link between the youth setup and a result of that size is why the academy's own titles get taken seriously rather than filed as junior football.
Two Youth League titles in three seasons, and one round further than any Gibraltar side had gone before.
