Lig.

The facility is owned by the Kahramanmaraş Metropolitan Municipality, which has maintained the site through various renovations. The current configuration reflects changes made in early 2025 and 2026, when the seating capacity was increased to 4,500. This expansion included the addition of a 180-seat visitor stand, ensuring the away end meets standard requirements for competitive fixtures. The pitch itself is artificial turf, a practical choice for a municipal ground that hosts matches in all weather conditions.

The stadium has carried different names over the years. It was once known as Merkez 1 Stadyumu or simply Merkez Stadyumu, but it is now officially Mehmet Dizibüyük Stadyumu. The exact date of its original construction remains unclear in available records, but it is an established part of the city’s infrastructure, distinct from the newer Hanefi Mahçiçek Stadyumu.

Unlike the grander venues in Turkey, this is a functional space. There is no official website, no attendance records, and no history of hosting major finals or concerts. It exists for the clubs that play here, providing a place where the local game can be played without the noise of the big stadiums. The artificial surface ensures the ground is usable year-round.
