About the player
The move that changed things came in 2015, when he crossed to Portugal to join Sporting Covilhã.
Turkey came calling in 2020, when Alanyaspor signed him for a two-year stay in the Süper Lig. After the triumphs in China, he returned to Turkish football in February 2024 with İstanbul Başakşehir, wearing the number 91 shirt across the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 seasons before heading back to China in early 2025 to join Qingdao West Coast.
Davidson has represented Brazil at youth level but has not been capped by the senior national team.
