Donovan Parisyan

Donovan Parisian's route to Major League Soccer ran through the college game rather than a traditional academy. He started out with FC Arizona in the National Premier Soccer League in 2023, a season that earned him a place in the Southwest Conference XI as goalkeeper, before moving to the University of San Diego to play for the Toreros. In 2024 he was named West Coast Conference Goalkeeper of the Year and made the All-WCC First Team, while also turning out for Arizona Arsenal SC in USL League Two that year.

New England Revolution took him in the first round of the 2025 MLS SuperDraft, 18th overall, and signed him through the 2026 season. He is currently out on loan with New England Revolution II in MLS Next Pro.

His sharpest moment in a Revolution shirt so far came in the U.S. Open Cup, in the Round of 32 against Rhode Island FC. With the tie going to a penalty shootout, Parisian saved three spot kicks to send his side through and was named Man of the Match.

Beyond his American nationality, Parisian is eligible to represent Armenia through his heritage and was called up to the Armenia under-21 side in June 2025 for a set of friendlies against Cyprus. He has not yet won a senior cap for either country.
