Kalazan Suárez

Kalazán José Suárez Díaz made his senior debut at Real Cartagena in the Categoría Primera B. A free transfer took him to Argentina in January 2022, when he signed for CD Godoy Cruz, though the move produced no first-team football — his only appearance there came for the reserve side that year. He returned to Colombia soon after, joining Inter de Palmira, a club that has since sent him out on a string of loans rather than fielding him itself.

The loan spells have shaped most of his career. Cortuluá took him for the second half of 2022 through 2023, and in 2025 he moved to Alianza FC, where he made 29 appearances and scored once. From there he joined La Equidad on loan, a switch that took on unusual significance when the club was rebranded as Internacional de Bogotá in 2026 following an ownership change involving investors including Ryan Reynolds. Suárez made 13 appearances for the side, among them a heavy 1-7 defeat to Atlético Nacional in May 2026.

He has since moved on loan again, to Deportivo Cali, still owned by Inter de Palmira, and has made three appearances there so far in 2026. Suárez has scored twice in his career, the other goal coming for Internacional de Palmira in 2022. Listed as comfortable with both feet despite operating at left-back, he has yet to add a first team honour.
